The rules of the table.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [ONE100S OPERATING ENTITY], a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (referred to as “we”, “us”, or “One100s”). They govern your access to and use of https://www.one100s.com and any related features (the “Service”).

By creating an account, voting, submitting content, or simply browsing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to request a payout from your wallet. We may ask for proof of age at any time.

You can sign up with email/password or with Google. You agree to give us accurate sign-up information and to keep it current.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the security of your password. Don’t share your account, don’t reuse passwords from other sites, and tell us immediately at marketing@fepy.ae if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. We may suspend or close duplicate or sock-puppet accounts and forfeit any earnings tied to them.

One100s exists because real humans rank things. Anything that breaks that contract is out of bounds. You agree not to:

• Submit, vote on, or comment on content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone’s rights.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation to vote, submit, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Submit AI-generated “listicles” or machine-paraphrased content. This is the entire reason we exist; we will catch you and close your account.
• Spam, scrape, deep-link our APIs without permission, or attempt to overload the Service.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass our security or rate limits. Responsible disclosure to marketing@fepy.ae is welcome and rewarded; exploitation is not.
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person, brand, or organization.
• Use the Service to launder funds, evade tax, or circumvent sanctions.
• Reverse-engineer or copy substantial portions of the Service for a competing product.

We’re a small team. We’d rather warn first and act second — but if a violation is severe, we will skip the warning.

“User Content” means anything you submit to the Service: list proposals, item submissions, votes, comments, descriptions, images, and any other material you contribute.

You keep ownership of your User Content.You grant One100s a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (only for formatting and ranking), publicly display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service. This license survives termination only to the extent needed to keep historical contributions (e.g. votes that shaped a list’s history) intact.

You confirm that:

• You have the rights to submit the content (it’s yours, or you have permission, or it’s in the public domain).
• The content doesn’t infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
• You take responsibility for it. If a third party complains, we may remove it and we may pass on your contact details.

Your vote is the product. We take this seriously.

• One vote per item per account. No duplicate accounts, no proxy voting.
• No coordinated brigading.Don’t organize groups to vote on lists you have a financial or personal interest in.
• No paid voting.Don’t pay anyone to vote, don’t accept payment to vote.
• No automation. Bots, scripts, browser extensions designed to vote — all banned.

We run automated fraud detection on every vote. Detected manipulation results in: vote rollback, point forfeiture, account suspension, and — for payout-stage fraud — referral to authorities.

Some actions on One100s earn points. Points have a marketing-anchor dollar value used in the UI; the actual conversion rate to fiat is disclosed at the moment of payout. Points are not legal tender and have no value outside the Service.

How earning works

• Voting earns a small per-vote credit, capped per UTC day to discourage bots.
• Approved submissions earn a per-submission credit, also capped per day.
• Earning rules and caps are published at the homepage and may change. Changes never apply retroactively to earned points.

Payouts

• You can request a payout once your balance crosses our published threshold.
• KYC verification is required for every payout above the threshold. We may refuse payout if verification fails. You must be 18+ to request a payout.
• You are responsible for any taxes on amounts received. If we are required to withhold under your jurisdiction, we will.
• Payouts use third-party rails (e.g. PayPal, bank). We don’t control their fees, timing, or country restrictions; check before you cash out.
• We may delay, hold, or reverse a payout we reasonably believe is connected to fraud, abuse, or sanctions risk, pending investigation.

We review submissions before they go live. We don’t publish everything. The quality bar is a feature, not a bug.

We may, at our discretion and without notice:

• Reject, remove, or hide any User Content for any reason, including poor quality, spam, AI generation, or violation of these Terms.
• Edit a submission lightly for typos, formatting, or structural consistency. Substantive edits are sent back to you for approval.
• Lock, archive, or delete a list whose category no longer makes sense or that becomes a moderation burden.
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate § 03 or § 05.

If your content is removed and you think we got it wrong, reply to the moderation email and we’ll take a second look.

The Service — its software, design, “One100s” wordmark, logo, the editorial voice, and the curated ranking methodology — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms.

User Content is governed by § 04 User content & license.

DMCA / copyright complaints: if you believe something on the Service infringes your copyright, email marketing@fepy.ae with: a description of the work, the URL of the alleged infringement, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized and you are authorized to act for the rightsholder.

Lists frequently link out to third-party sites — products, articles, retailers, reviews. Those sites are not under our control. We’re not responsible for their content, their availability, or what they do with your data once you click through. Read their privacy policies and terms.

We may use affiliate linkson lists. When we do, we disclose it on the list. Earnings from affiliate links fund the payout pool and the moderation team — they don’t influence ranking. Lists are voted by humans; affiliate status is metadata on a link, not on a position.

The lists are opinions.Crowd-sourced rankings are useful, but they are not professional advice. Don’t buy a car, choose a medical treatment, or make a major financial decision because something is #1 on a list. Do your own research.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.

We don’t guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, downtime, lost data, or content you find objectionable. We’ll do our best — but no promises.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of: (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limitations. Where a limitation is unenforceable, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless One100s and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or the law; (b) any content you submit; or (c) your infringement of any third-party right.

You can stop using the Service at any time. Close your account from your profile settings, or email us. After you close, we follow the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if it’s required by law, or for security reasons. We will tell you why unless doing so would itself create a security or legal problem.

Sections that by their nature should survive (User content license, IP, Disclaimers, Liability cap, Indemnification, Governing law) survive termination.

These Terms and any dispute relating to them or to the Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Talk to us first. If you have a complaint, email marketing@fepy.ae. We commit to attempt to resolve it within 30 days. Most things can be sorted out without lawyers.

If we can’t resolve it, the Dubai courtshave exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the Service’s integrity.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. For changes that materially reduce your rights or change how the Service works, we will give registered users at least 14 days’ notice by email or in-app banner before the change takes effect.

Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree, close your account before the change takes effect.
